Website Setup

How do I get my webpage onto JETFUELED's servers?
You need to upload your pages using FTP to our servers. This can be done a few different ways. Included with every account is Cpanel, which has a file transfer program to get your pages from YOUR computer to OUR servers. Simply log into your Cpanel -> Click on File Manager -> Click on Upload Files -> then navigate to your file.
Another method is to use an FTP program such as WS_FTP, CuteFTP, or even your favorite HTML editor. Programs such as Dreamweaver have built in FTP clients. Just make sure when you upload text (CGI scripts, PHP scripts) you set the FTP program to 'ASCII' transfer mode or you could experience difficulties.

What do I name the files to be used on the webserver?
The default files such as your home page or the webpage you wish to be displayed first in any folder should be named: index.htm, index.html, default.htm, default.html, index.php, or index.cgi.

Can I create custom error pages?
Yes. In your Cpanel click on Custom Error Pages -> Choose which error you'd like to customize -> Enter the HTML you'd like displayed. That's it. Note: Custom Error pages smaller then 10k will not appear in Internet Explorer(R).

Can I turn off directory listing?
Yes. In your Cpanel go to Index Manager -> Choose the folder you'd like to turn on/off.

How do I change my password?
In Cpanel click on Change Password.

I changed my contact email address, should I let you know the new one?
Definitely. If you need a new password because you lost/forgot it we will only send the new password to your contact email address.

I lost/forgot my password, what should I do?
Submit a ticket at the help desk, we will reset your password, and then send a new one to the email address you listed as your contact email. Note: Your FTP password will be reset as well.

I lost/forget my help desk username/password.
It happens. Just send an email to with "Reset Password" as the subject.
