What types of payment do you accept?

Is there a minimum length contract?
No, you may choose to pay monthly.

How will I be billed?
Your credit card will be charged depending on the billing cycle you choose during checkout. We will automatically charge your credit card, e.g., monthly, semi-annually, or annually until you notify us of a billing change request or termination of the account.

How do I cancel service?
Please submit your request through our help desk. Include your username & password so we may verify your claim to cancel the account. Remember to transfer all data from the site before you cancel the account because all information will be lost when the account is terminated.
