What is POP3 email?
POP3 stands for Post Office Protocal 3. It stores your email on the server to be downloaded to your personal email client such as Outlook Express

How do I configure my email program for POP3 email?
You need to change your email program's settings to:
- Server Name: yourdomain.com
- Server Type: POP3 server
- Incoming mail: mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing mail: smtp.your ISP's address (ISP stands for Internet Service Provider, such as AOL, MSN, etc... )
- username: your username sent to you when you signed up
- password: your password sent to you when you signed up

If you are using Outlook Express you also have the option of automatically configuring any account you create on the server by:
1) Log into Cpanel
2) Click on Mail Manager
3) Click on Add/Remove accounts
4) Choose 'Outlook Express AutoConfig'

Do I have to use an email client e.g., be at home, to read my email?
No, you can read your email from anywhere in the world by logging into your Cpanel and under Webmail choose -> Read Web Mail for Default Account. You may also choose to read the email of another account by entering the proper username/password. Another method is to Click on Mail Manager -> Web Mail.

What is a "Catch-All" email address? Do I have one?
Yes, ALL email sent to your domain (i.e. john@your_site.whatever, bob@your_site.whatever, blah@your_site.whatever, etc...) will be delivered to your default POP account unless you:
- Create a POP account for specific email addresses OR
- Create a forward for specific email addresses

How do I create an email account?
1) Log into Cpanel
2) Mail Manager
3) Add / Remove Accounts
4) Add Account
5) Choose a new account name and password

How do I delete an email account?
1) Log into Cpanel
2) Mail Manager
3) Add / Remove Accounts
4) Click on 'Delete Account' for the account you wish to remove.

How do I create an auto responder?
1) Log into Cpanel
2) Mail Manager
3) Auto-responders
4) Click on 'Add Auto-responder'
5) Fill in your information

How do I forward my email to another email address?
1) Log into Cpanel
2) Mail Manager
3) Forwarders
4) Click on 'Add Forwarder'
5) Enter the email address you wish to be forwarded, then enter the destination email address.
