General Questions

What type of servers do you use?
We use the Red Hat Linux operating system running Apache webserver.

What type of hosting do you offer?
We offer virtual hosting. Virtual hosting allows you to have your own domain name (http://www.yourdomain.com) and email addresses (yourName@yourdomain.com).

Do you "overbook" servers?
We do not practice overbooking and there is even plenty of room for sites to expand on every server.

Do you host adult/porn sites?
No. See our Terms of Service.

Can I use my site for commercial purposes?
Certainly! We welcome Ecommerce websites and offer two free shopping carts to help you get started selling.

Can I install 3rd Party software on the server?
No, we do not permit outside software on our servers.

Can I run cron jobs?
Yes. They can be administered throught the control panel.

Will you fix my CGI script/javascript script/PHP script/ etc... ?
No, our support does not include debugging.

What is a help desk?
A help desk allows you to submit questions to the support team, view all your previous questions, check announcements and even check some of the most frequently asked technical questions by other JETFUELED clients. Most of the large hosting companies nowadays use a help desk rather than phone support to pass along savings to their customers.
